Neurodiversity describes the diverse ways learners experience and engage with the world. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework focused on creating classroom environments that are accessible and inclusive of different cognitive styles. Landmark College, the first university to create a higher learning model for students with learning differences such as ADHD, autism, executive function challenges, dyslexia, and other language-based learning disabilities, has built a foundational experience based upon the UDL guidelines.
