Rafiq has been a research assistant at the Northern Ontario Assessment and Resource Centre (NOARC) at Cambrian College for over 10 years. He has worked on a number of research projects focused on supporting students with learning disabilities and associated disorders. He also works on transition programing designed to support students with disabilities and mental health challenges prepare for a smooth and successful move into post-secondary learning.
